Atlantic Wood & Timber is a Charlotte, N.C. based framing contractor specializing in commercial multifamily framing — turn-key or labor only.

Owners Kelly Cummings and Chad Cordero have a combined 40 years of experience in framing and interior trim construction, and are well known throughout the Carolinas for their reputation and professionalism.

Cummings started as a framer in Colorado 20 years ago, later moving to Charlotte to become a project manager and eventually VP of Construction for a large general contractor, overseeing numerous projects and crews across the US. Cordero began framing in 2002 and quickly became one of the most sought-after framing and interior trim carpenters for general contractors in the Southeast.

Our passion and pride for wood structural framing is the strength that has allowed Atlantic Wood & Timber to become the region's most reliable framing contractor.
